We all see each other throughout the week, at work and school events.  Most of the time we chit-chat with eachother and put on our happy face as we interact with people so we can get back to our busy days, hoping that no one sees the real us.

Small Groups are different.

Small Groups are one of the key places where Jesus-centered friendships can grow into something meaningful. 

A Small Group is just that; a small group of people that gets together every week (or every other week) to study the Bible and get to know one another in an authentic way.  Small Groups can be made up of all women, all men, men and women, singles, couples, Bronco fanatics... it really doesn't matter as long as the group is committed to growing together and meeting regularly. We encourage small groups to meet in homes and have yummy snacks.  Everyone loves yummy snacks.

Each group has a leader, whose role is to facilitate discussion, not lecture or preach. Small Groups thrive when everyone is freed and encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and laugh.  If your Small Group leader talks to much, make him/her go stand in a corner.
